Our legendary customer service begins the moment your instructor and students walk through the door. One of our staff members will greet each person individually and give them a quick tour of the facility as they lead your students to their assigned classroom.

Each morning the air is filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Students are delighted with the assortment of items available in our continental breakfast, which includes fruit, bagels, pastries, yogurt and juice.

Your attendees will have access throughout the day to our beverage cooler stocked with a variety of sodas and bottled water. In the afternoon we energize our guests with an assortment of cookies, candy, chips, nuts, cheese, fruit and veggies. There is something for everyone.

Our common areas are designed for the convenience of our students. There are PCs available for internet access during breaks and telephones for local and toll free calls. We have a television tuned to CNN for current news coverage as well as the local Seattle newspaper. Wireless internet access is also available for those students who choose to bring their own mobile devices.

There is plenty of free parking in the east parking lot. The South Kirkland Park and Ride is adjacent to our parking area for those arriving via public transportation.

Our staff is focused on the experience of your instructor and students. Your instructor can stay completely focused on the event, while our staff handles the details of greeting students, hospitality, lunches if desired, technical support and most administrative tasks.
